What a Best Italian Events package includes?

Where can I get the paper tickets for my event?

You will find them waiting for you at the front desk of your Hotel.


Can I choose a place in a different event than the one offered in the package?

Yes of course, if available at frante of the surcharge required for the higher category ticket than your package you can supplement and exchange your seat for a better one. Contact us by e-mail at info@bestitalianevents.com, indicating the event you are interested in and include your contact information and you will be called back by our customer service department and one of our event specialists will provide you with all the information for the requested ticket change.


How can I cancel my package?

If you wish, you can take out a suitable policy to cover you from the risk of cancellation of your trip. The terms of cancellation and related penalties are as follows:

  • From the date of booking until 46 days before the start of travel: face cost of any theater ticket or other performance included in the package + 25% of the remaining cost;
  • From 45 to 31 days before the start of the trip: facial cost of any theater ticket or other performance included in the package + 50% of the remaining cost;
  • From 30 to 15 days before the start of the trip: facial cost of any theater ticket or other performance included in the package + 75% of the remaining cost;
  • From 14 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the full cost of the package (no refunds);

How can I make the payment?

Only credit card payments are accepted through the Stripe platform, through a secure line (SSL) protected procedure, and payments are possible with all credit cards accepted by the Stripe platform (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and others that may be indicated in the payment procedure).


We are a group of more than 10 people, can we have a dedicated rate?
